Bench Depth (“we”) is a recruiting business. Here’s what we do with data.

This website. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts of our own. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard server logs. Booking a call happens on our scheduling provider’s page; their privacy policy applies there.
Candidates. We keep work-history data on candidates so we can match them to jobs: name, contact details, trade, licenses, and public track record. Legal basis: legitimate interest in recruitment. We show your profile only to employers with a matching open seat. Want your data corrected or deleted? Email us — we do it within 30 days.
Employers. If we’ve contacted your company, we hold business-contact data (name, role, company email/phone). Same deal: email us to be removed.
